Privacy Policy

§ 1

[General information]

  1. The website dp.one-house.pl (hereinafter referred to as: “Website”) is maintained by ONE House sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Bobrowiecka 8, 00-728 Warsaw, and listed in the Business Registry administered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Registry under KRS number: 0000455576, NIP: 5272691848, REGON: 146613100, gdpr@one-house.pl, with an initial capital contribution in the amount of PLN 5,250 (hereinafter referred to as: “Administrator”).
  2. In order for the Website to function properly, data from Website users (hereinafter referred to as: “Users”), including personal data, may be collected, processed and utilized.
  3. User data may be collected either through voluntary submission by Users or through the use of cookies. Cookies may originate from the Administrator as well as from third parties.

§ 2

[Personal data]

  1. The Administrator of Users’ personal data is ONE House sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Bobrowiecka 8, 00-728 Warsaw, and listed in the Business Registry administered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Registry under KRS number: 0000455576, NIP: 5272691848, REGON: 146613100, gdpr@one-house.pl.
  2. Through the Website, the Administrator may collect and process personal data for the following legally justified purposes:
    1. contacting the User if that User has completed the contact form, which is in the legitimate interest of the Administrator - in accordance with art. 13 par. 1, letter f of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR);
    2. directly marketing the Administrator's products and services, in particular sending a newsletter, which is in the legitimate interest of the Administrator - pursuant to art. 13 par. 1, letter f of the GDPR;
    3. statistics and analysis of Users’ behavior on the Website, which is in the legitimate interest of the Administrator - pursuant to art. 13 par. 1, letter f of the GDPR.
  3. The Administrator may make certain personal data available to its subcontractors (entities whose services it uses for data processing), such as:
    1. information technology service providers (e.g. providers of tools for sending e-mail or web hosting services);
    2. entities providing marketing services.
  4. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area with the exception of sharing data with Google LLC, which processes data on behalf of the Administrator in connection with the Administrator's use of the Google Analytics service. The transfer of data outside the European Economic Area connected with the use of this service takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
  5. Personal data processed in order to:
    1. contact the User is processed for a period of 3 years from the date of its collection;
    2. conduct direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services. This data is held onto and processed until the User raises an objection to its processing for this purpose, the User withdraws consent (to receive commercial information) or until the Administrator decides to delete the data;
    3. statistics and analysis of Users’ behavior on the Website, which is in the legitimate interest of the Administrator, are stored for a period of 3 years from the date of their collection.
  6. Users’ rights pertaining to the use of their personal data:
    1. the right to access their personal data and obtain a copy of it;
    2. the right to amend and rectify their personal data;
    3. the right to have their personal data deleted;
    4. the right to place limitations on how their personal data is processed;
    5. the right to transfer their personal data;
    6. the right to withdraw consent for having their personal data processed;
    7. the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory body.
  7. In cases where the processing of personal data is based on the User’s express consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their data at any time. Withdrawal of consent by the User does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
  8. In order to make any of the amendments described above, Users should contact the Administrator.

§ 3

[Cookies]

  1. The Website utilizes cookies which are placed on the devices of Users when they access the Website. These cookies are stored on Users’ devices and can be accessed by the Administrator.
  2. A cookie is a piece of information, specifically a text file, sent by a web server to a web browser. Cookies tell a website whether a user has visited the site before and can also report certain web browser preferences. The web browser of the User will save this cookie on the User’s device and send it back to the server each time the same web browser accesses the website. Cookies usually store the name of the website from which they originate, content (e.g. action identifiers), the duration for which they will be stored on the end device as well as a unique number.
  3. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
    1. adapting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimizing the User experience when visiting the Website. Specifically, these files allow the Website to recognize the User’s device and properly display its pages in accordance with the User’s individual needs and preferences;
    2. generating statistics that help the Administrator understand how Users navigate and utilize the Website, which allows for improvements in the Website’s structure and content.
  4. The Website uses two types of cookies: "session" (session cookies, session storage) and "persistent" (stored cookies, local storage). Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's device until the session expires (i.e. the User leaves the Website, the User deletes the cookie, or the User closes their browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's device for predefined times (persistent cookies are set with expiration dates), which are specified in the parameters of the cookies themselves, or until the User deletes the cookie.
  5. The use of cookies does not cause changes to the configuration of a User’s device or to the programs and applications installed on that device.
  6. Default settings on web/internet browsers usually allow the storing of cookies on Users’ devices. Website Users can change these cookie settings at any time.
  7. These settings can be changed within the internet browser itself so that the internet browser partially or completely blocks the automatic handling of cookies or they can be changed so that the browser notifies the User every time a website attempts to place a cookie on the User’s device.
  8. The Administrator hereby informs the User that, in accordance with the provisions of Polish Telecommunications Laws, the end-User's consent to store information or access information already stored in the end-User's telecommunications device may also be granted or rescinded by the User through the settings of the software installed on the end-User's device. In the event that the User does not wish to grant such consent, that User should change the settings of their web/internet browser.

[Tools, widgets and plugins used by the Website]

  1. As part of the Website, the Administrator utilizes information technology (IT) tools provided by outside entities. The use of these tools may involve the use of cookies provided by these entities.

[Google Analytics]

  1. On the Website, the Administrator utilizes the Google Analytics tool, which is provided by Google.
  2. Google LLC is headquartered in the United States of America, which is outside of the European Economic Area.
  3. The transfer of data outside the European Economic Area connected with the use of this service takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

[Facebook Pixel]

  1. The Administrator uses the Facebook Pixel tool.
  2. This tool is supplied by Meta Inc., which has its headquarters in the USA and is outside the European Economic Area. Meta, Inc. is an entity that is a member of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield program and ensures an adequate level of data protection.
  3. Facebook Pixel is a tool used to present and display advertisements tailored to User preferences on facebook.com and to help measure the effectiveness of advertisements.

[Hotjar]

  1. On the Website, the Administrator utilizes the Hotjar tool.
  2. This tool is provided by Hotjar Limited, headquartered in Malta.
  3. The purpose of this tool is to analyze User behavior when the User visits the Website. Hotjar records how the User navigates the Website (including behavior pertaining to cursor movement). The Administrator does not collect any other User data through the use of this tool. The Administrator uses this tool solely to analyze and optimize the functioning of the Website.

[Albacross]

  1. The Administrator utilizes a tool named Albacross on the Website.
  2. This tool is supplied by Albacross Nordic AB, headquartered in Sweden.
  3. The Albacross tool allows the identification of anonymous visits to the Website and, in certain instances, can ascertain the company with which a given User is associated.
  4. Information gathered from cookie files saved on Users’ devices, which may constitute personal data, is processed by Albacross Nordic AB. Albacross Nordic AB offers ad identification and targeting services. The purpose of Albacross Nordic AB's data processing is to improve the Administrator's services (e.g. lead generation) by adding data to its database of information about companies. Albacross Nordic AB's database will also be used to target advertising at businesses, and the data collected will be shared with third-party service providers for this purpose (targeted ads pertain to businesses and not individuals). Data collected and used by Albacross for this purpose includes the IP address from which the User visited the Website and technical information that allows Albacross to distinguish between Users originating from the same IP address. Albacross stores the domain information ascertained from the contact form to match the IP address with the User's employer.
  5. The User may, at any point in time, file a request to stop the processing of their data in this manner. [LinkedIN]

  1. The Administrator uses code from the LinkedIN social network on the Website. The User's browser may establish a connection with the LinkedIN social network and provide information to LinkedIN about the Users’ visit(s) to the Website.
